1.     Prices

Please note that the prices on our website may change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

All prices are expressed with V.A.T. taxes unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which will be displayed in the checkout section of the web site.

2.     Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.

In case you have made an order for an out of stock item, we will contact you within 2 working days to inform you if that item is still available, how much will it cost and how many days will it take to have it delivered to you. Please note that its cost might change by our suppliers and www.geoeshop.com can not be held responsible. After informing you of the items' availability and new price, you have to reply to our email informing us if you are still interested in buying it, so we can order it for you and proceed with the purchase. You are not obligated to buy it, If you change your mind and do not want it.

Although we will always try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at the discretion of the store. For example, if you were to make an order of 10 items which would use up the entire store's stock, the store may only deliver 5 items.

3.     Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued. The www.geoeshop.com delivery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. www.geoeshop.com reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or individuals.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

4.     Delivery

During the process of ordering products or items there will be a delivery charge according to the delivery method you will choose.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form, or you can choose that you will pick up the products from our Local store in Larnaca or you can collect the products from the Courrier Sations that we co-operate with.

We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if:
a. the driver has your permission and
b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request.
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Please note that G. Th Electrical & Electronics Ltd will be able to deliver your order within 24 hours, given that you have ordered the goods befor 3 o' clock in the afternoon. This service may at times be unavailable due to various reasons such as doubtful or unclear member information, unavailability of stock etc.

Please note that we deliver goods only within specified regions within Cyprus. To check if www.geoeshop.com delivers to your area, please contact our Customer Service on +357-24818180, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 16:00pm Cyprus time.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. www.geoeshop.com follows a "Think 25" policy, so if the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange delivery (see below for contact details).

In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.     Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item then we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any items, simply return them to our local store located in the address shown on the contact page of our website, in the original packaging within 30 days you cancelled the item and we will give you a refund on those products or replace the item according to the following rules.

To make a return, take the following steps:
1. Go to our Contact us page
2. Send us an email with your Order ID, your name and surname, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the specific product(s).
Our qualified staff will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the desired products.

This will help assure the speedy processing of your return.

Please note that when returning an order for a refund, you will be responsible for the return postage unless an error occurred on our part. Once we have received the shipment, we will issue a refund to your method of payment.
Make sure that any return may not be accepted due to different reasons like:
•    if you destroy the original packaging
•    if you have broken the item
•    if you have destroyed the item by any means
•    etc

 

6.     Withdrawal and Cancellation

During your order procedure and prior to your payment through PayPal, you will be able to remove part or all of the products from your shopping cart by pressing the Delete button which is next to each of your products in your shopping cart. You will also be able to add more products or change the quantity of the products in your cart.

For any reason you can cancel any order in 14 days from the day of receipt the item only by sending a written notification with your order details to our support department requesting cancellation. This means that you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you cancelled the item, unopened with all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item.


7.     Payment

You can pay by any American Express, MasterCard or Visa card credit or debit card, Maestro or Delta debit card through the most secure payment system worldwide, PayPal or JCC payment systems LTD. The process of payment through credit cards is covered by the latest standards and security protocols.  Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

 

8.     Legal

These Product/Services Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, e-Commerce Law:  L156(I)/2004 and Amendment Law:  97(I)/2007 and any disputes will be decided only by the Cyprus courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.     Cheaper Alternatives

Please note that the Cheaper Alternatives on our website are suggested products to help you spend less. You are under no obligation to select an alternative. There may be quality, size and characteristic differences between the products suggested. Guide price terms and conditions apply.

When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider that the product delivered is unacceptable.

10.   Electrical Goods Repair Policy

Electrical products are guaranteed for 2 years. Please return electrical products to our local store as stated on our contact page, with proof of purchase for repair. You can also send them by courrier or post, but note that the sending the cost will be payable by you.

In cases of big appliances, eg, fridges, washing machines etc, contact our Customer Service Department on            +357-24818180 . Our experienced service team will visit you within maximum 2 working days. If the warranty of your appliances still applies, you will not be charged for the repair. You will still have to pay the sending cost though, in case you use the post or courrier.

If the warranty does not apply, dont worry! Follow the exact same procedure as written above and we still repair your products (if they are repairable) with a cost depending on their problem

The repair policy of our online shop applies also to this part.

11.   Order Procedure

www.geoeshop.com has made distances so small, so that with the ease of your house or office chair you can order any item from our Online Shop and we will deliver it to your door.  Just follow the following simple steps and before you know it your purchases will arrive just outside your door.

a. Choose from our Main Menu the Product Category from which you would like to purchase items, and then just click on the Add to Cart button next to the item you want to purchase. Your chosen item has already been placed in your Cart.

b. Then you can continue with your shopping or choose a delivery option, accept the Terms and Conditions and click the “Send Order” button. The login page will then open, where, if you are already a member of our Online Shop, you must simply submit your username and password; otherwise you can register at this point. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds.

c. Before you complete your order you will be able to go to your Account and make any changes you like to your personal information. You will also be able to change your order’s content, like delete one or more products from your shopping cart, add more products or increase or decrease the quantity of the selected products as explained in the “Withdrawal and Cancellation” Section.

 

d. Next, you will be redirected to a page where you will choose a Shipping Address and then click the “Send Order” button.

 

e. You are almost done. You will now perform a final check of your order and:

   - Pay by Paypal or    - Pay by debit or credit card through JCC PAYMENT SYSTEMS LTD If the user choose to pay with the secure Paypal page immediately is redirected to the secure page of PayPal and after the successful payment the order is registered in the online shop and the order’s information are shown to the user. If the user chooses to pay by debit or credit card through JCC PAYMENT SYSTEMS LTD, then the system sends him/her to the payment page of JCC PAYMENT SYSTEMS LTD where he/she can fill in the information of his debit or credit card and pay off the total amount of the order. After paying the amount, the order is registered in the online store and the order’s information are shown to the user. On your Bank Statement you will find the charge with the description GEOESHOP.

You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details of your payment. After that, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

Our system will save your order in your Μember Account, where you will be able to review and check your current and old orders as often as you like.

You will be able to place and review your order in both English and Greek language. However, at the payment stage you will be redirected to the PayPal page which is only available in English.
