1. How will I know how to use a merchandise I have bought on line?

All small appliances have instructions you can use. If, however, you still find something difficult contqct our Customer Service Department on 00357 24818180. For all big appliances, e.g. fridges, ovens, washing machines, our technicians will explain everything you need to know, when they come to install them.

2. What happens if one good needs repair?

Electrical products are guaranteed for 2 years. Please return electrical products to our local store as stated on our contact page, with proof of purchase for repair. You can also send them by courrier or post, but note that the sending the cost will be payable by you. 

In cases of big appliances, eg, fridges, washing machines etc, contact our Customer Service Department on            +357-24818180 . Our experienced service team will visit you within maximum 2 working days. If the warranty of your appliances still applies, you will not be charged for the repair. You will still have to pay the sending cost though, in case you use the post or courrier.

If the warranty does not apply, dont worry! Follow the exact same procedure as written above and we still repair your products (if they are repairable) with a cost depending on their problem.

 

3. What is the difference between Plasma and LCD/LED televisions?

4. How can I clean my kettle from the toughness of my water?

Put two parts of water in with one part of white vinegar. Preffer the white vinegar since it will not coloured your kettle, like the red vinegar. Leave your kettle during the night. It may need logner or less time to get clean, depending on the toughness of your water. The white vinegar is the easiest and more hygienic solution to clean your kettle.
